The social stratosphere was abuzz with enthusiastic compliments from the attendees in response to the fashion show. Emerge! She is a graduate of the National Institute of Fashion Design and the Delhi University. For three years she owned and operated a workshop in New Delhi where she designed Indian/Indo/Western apparel. In 2003, Parul received the Best Creative Designer award presented by the National Institute of Fashion Design at Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi.
